Procurement Manager

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, vendor negotiations, and inventory control.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and procurement/ERP systems.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of budget management and cost-reduction strategies.

Responsible for overseeing the company's procurement activities, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. Manages supplier relationships, negotiates contracts, monitors procurement performance, and leads the procurement team to support business operations and organizational objectives.
