Procurement Manager

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager – Material to lead centralized procurement across our multi-brand restaurant, bakery and catering operations.

The ideal candidate should be strong in strategic sourcing, vendor development, negotiation, cost optimization and supply-chain management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead centralized F&B procurement across multiple brands
• Manage food, beverages, bakery ingredients, packaging, consumables, equipment & non-food supplies
• Develop and manage reliable vendor networks
• Negotiate pricing, credit terms, MOQ and contracts
• Conduct market surveys and price benchmarking
• Drive measurable cost savings and procurement efficiencies
• Develop alternate suppliers and reduce supply risks
• Monitor Purchase Price Variance (PPV) and inventory levels
• Establish procurement SOPs, approved vendor/product lists and controls
• Coordinate with Operations, Kitchen, Bakery, Finance & Stores
• Support procurement for new outlet/restaurant openings

Candidate Profile

✅ 7–12 years of relevant procurement experience
✅ F&B / Restaurant / Bakery / Hotel / Catering / FMCG experience preferred
✅ Strong Indian F&B market knowledge
✅ Excellent negotiation & vendor-management skills
✅ Strong Excel, ERP & analytical skills
✅ Knowledge of food specifications, quality & shelf life
✅ Commercially driven with a quality-focused approach
✅ Willing to travel to markets/vendors when required

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
