Procurement Manager

RESPONSIBILITY

• Lead strategic sourcing and supply base development, including supplier identification, evaluation, selection, performance management, and optimization of strategic supplier relationships.
• Lead contract development and commercial negotiations for high-value programs, leveraging market insights and negotiation strategies to achieve optimal business outcomes while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
• Lead strategic cost reduction and improvement programs, including source changes, VAVE initiatives, supplier relocation, and process improvements.
• Drive Direct Material reporting and data-driven procurement decisions using global procurement tools such as MySpend, My Productivity, My Suppliers, Risk Assessment, PSL, SRM, and CLM.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPM, CPSM, CIPS, or PMP are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, managing ~$50+ million DM spend w/a category lead role plus.
• Strong experience in supplier management, including supplier selection, approval, performance management, contingency planning, and short- and long-term sourcing strategies.
• Proven track record in developing and managing key and strategic supplier relationships across regions, delivering measurable improvements in cost, supplier performance, and business results.
• Demonstrated experience in cost management, program/project management, and managing multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience in relevant industries such as HVAC&R or Automotive is highly preferred.
  Lean / Six Sigma Belt experience is an advantage.
• Fluent in English.
