Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for fit-out and interior construction projects.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for construction materials, finishes, fixtures, furniture, and MEP components.
• Manage subcontractor accreditation, selection, and contract negotiations.
• Lead procurement planning based on project timelines, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Designers to ensure procurement meets project requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance, material quality, costs, and timely delivery to project sites.
• Manage procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, construction standards, and safety requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the procurement team.
• Maintain supplier records and develop strategic vendor partnerships.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–12 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction, fit-out, or interior projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, BOQs, subcontracting, and project costing.
• Proven experience in supplier/vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Experience with ERP systems or procurement software.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, planning, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
