PROCUREMENT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily procurement operations, including requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier sourcing.
• Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to meet operational and financial goals.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules to achieve cost efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and evaluate performance regularly.
• Oversee inventory control, monitor material usage, and coordinate month-end stock reporting.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, financial controls, and audit standards.
• Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and supplier performance summaries for management review.
• Supervise and train purchasing team members to ensure efficiency and professional growth.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Restaurant, Manufacturing, MIS) to align purchasing with operational needs.
• Conduct market research and support product development initiatives through sourcing and evaluation of new materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in F&B or manufacturing industries.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory systems, procurement software, and cost control management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
