What they need
SDI International is a global procurement and workforce solutions partner helping organizations optimize tail spend, strengthen strategic sourcing, and manage extended workforce programs.
Founded in 1992, SDI is a woman-owned, woman-managed organization grounded in strong principles and long-standing relationships. We turn fragmented processes into high-performing operating models that deliver measurable, sustained value.
🚀 Procurement Manager – Consulting & Professional Services
We're looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join our international team and take ownership of sourcing and contracting activities across the Consulting & Professional Services category — think Legal, Finance & Taxation, and Management Consulting.
In this role, you won't just run RFPs — you'll build and own supplier relationships, negotiate hourly-rate structures with specialized experts, and become the trusted partner stakeholders turn to across multiple global locations. If you enjoy turning complex, multi-stakeholder sourcing challenges into clear, cost-effective outcomes, this is your next move.
🔧 What you'll do
- Lead sourcing and contracting activities across Consulting & Professional Services, including RFPs, RFQs, competitive evaluations, benchmarking, and negotiations
- Own end-to-end category management, from supplier governance and contract renewals to ongoing relationship management
- Define and maintain a procurement strategy aligned with stakeholder goals, current supplier base, and spend
- Negotiate cost-effective pricing structures, including the hourly-rate models typical of this category
- Identify opportunities across the existing supply base to drive efficiencies and deliver measurable cost savings
- Conduct risk assessments and provide category intelligence, including regular spend and savings reporting
- Coordinate supplier performance reviews and technical discussions between suppliers and internal customers
- Partner closely with Legal, Global Process Owners, and cross-functional teams across time zones
- Manage and resolve escalations within the sourcing and contracting process
🎯 Who we're looking for
- You bring 2+ years of experience in Consulting & Professional Services category management or strategic sourcing, strong negotiation and contract management skills, and fluent English.
- You're comfortable managing stakeholders across time zones and thrive under tight timelines, even when things get ambiguous.
- 7+ years in indirect procurement, EMEA experience, or a certification like CPM, CPIM, or CPSM would make you an even stronger fit.
If you're ready to bring your sourcing expertise to a team that values precision, collaboration, and growth — we'd love to hear from you. 🙌
Other offers great for you!
