Procurement Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Supplier Management - Source and manage local and international suppliers. Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.

2. PR & PO Management - Process and monitor Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO). Ensure timely purchasing of required materials.

3. Cost Control - Monitor purchasing and logistics costs. Find ways to reduce costs and improve savings.

4. Logistics & Warehousing - Oversee shipments, deliveries, and warehouse operations. Ensure timely and proper movement of inventory.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, purchasing, or logistics
• Experience handling local and international suppliers
• Strong negotiation and cost-control skills
• Knowledge of PR, PO, inventory, logistics, and warehouse processes
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Willing to coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, warehouse, and internal departments
