GST International is hiring an executive Commercial Sales & Project Execution Manager to lead our indoor commercial desk. In this role, you will manage an internal team of sales coordinators, driving high-value industrial steel, Pre-Engineered Building (PEB), and heavy fabrication projects through the complete commercial lifecycle, from technical RFQ intake and weight-based estimation to contract negotiation, ERP costing, and production handoff.

If you have a solid background in steel structure commercial operations, understand structural drawings, and know how to drive team performance to convert RFQs into executed POs, this role offers direct strategic impact within a growing international company.

Key Responsibilities

• Internal Team Leadership: Supervise and direct daily operations for the sales coordination team, ensuring rapid turnaround on client inquiries, quotation accuracy, and consistent follow-ups.
• Technical RFQ & Design Coordination: Evaluate incoming project inquiries (RFQs) and interface directly with Engineering/Design to verify structural specs, material weights, and scope details.
• Costing, ERP Quotations & Margins: Oversee detailed rate analyses, structural weight costing, and commercial proposals in our ERP system; obtain executive sign-off on profit margins.
• PO Vetting & Contract Negotiation: Conduct line-by-line audits of client Purchase Orders against submitted proposals to resolve commercial, technical, or payment term variances prior to execution.
• Production Handoff & Delivery Tracking: Seamlessly hand off finalized orders to the Fabrication and Operations teams, maintaining active communication to ensure delivery timelines are met.
• Account Management & Prequalifications: Build long-term relationships with EPC contractors and industrial clients, managing vendor prequalifications and tracking upcoming structural tenders.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years of proven commercial management, estimation, or technical sales leadership within industrial steel structures, PEB, or heavy fabrication.
• Technical Drawing Literacy: Ability to read and interpret structural engineering drawings, understand bill of quantities (BOQ), and evaluate weight-based steel pricing.
• Team Management: Demonstrated track record of leading, mentoring, and enforcing accountability across an internal sales coordination desk.
• Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related commercial field.

Work Details & Environment

• Work Location: Gujranwala Office (100% On-Site).
• Working Days: Saturday – Thursday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) | Off Day: Friday.
• Compensation: Market-competitive executive salary based on experience and qualification. Negotiable
