Procurement Manager

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead our procurement operations and develop strategic sourcing initiatives that support business growth. The role will oversee supplier management, contract negotiation, cost optimization, purchasing processes, and procurement team performance.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in procurement and strategic sourcing, excellent negotiation and leadership skills, and a proven ability to build reliable supplier partnerships while ensuring cost efficiency and compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement strategic procurement strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals.
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate with, and onboard reliable suppliers to ensure quality, competitive pricing, and supply continuity.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and other commercial agreements to optimize cost and value.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from purchase requisition through purchase order, delivery, and payment.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, pricing, service, and compliance standards.
• Analyze market trends, pricing movements, supplier risks, and sourcing opportunities to support informed procurement decisions.
• Lead, develop, and motivate the procurement team while ensuring effective workload management and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, internal controls, and applicable laws and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• At least 5–7 years of proven experience in procurement, with 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of procurement principles, strategic sourcing, supplier management, negotiation, and contract management.
• Proven ability to develop and implement procurement strategies that support cost efficiency and business objectives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or procurement systems is an advantage.
• Willing to work and be based in Meycauayan, Bulacan.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
