Asia SS Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a commercial kitchen equipment manufacturer and turnkey kitchen solutions provider. We are looking for a Procurement Manager to manage sourcing, vendor development and procurement activities supporting production and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, equipment and components.
• Identify, evaluate and develop suppliers and vendors.
• Obtain and compare supplier quotations.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, quality and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders and procurement documentation.
• Follow up with vendors for timely material delivery.
• Plan procurement according to production and project requirements.
• Coordinate with production, projects, design, stores and accounts teams.
• Monitor material quality, availability, cost and delivery.
• Maintain vendor records and purchase data.
• Support cost control and procurement planning.
• Resolve procurement and vendor-related issues.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA in Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations or related field preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in procurement / purchase.
• Manufacturing or engineering procurement experience preferred.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving ability.
