Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• English - advanced.
• Microsoft Office - advanced.
• 7 years of relevant experience in procurement and sourcing activities.
• Experience in logistics operations within the automotive industry.
• Experience working for a trucking carrier or logistics service provider.

Main Responsibilities

• Define team direction and lead business execution.
• Develop and execute annual business plans.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
• Lead bidding processes to select qualified suppliers and ensure transparency.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Manage supplier bidding, negotiations, and contract administration to ensure compliance and transparency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers while identifying new sourcing opportunities.
• Evaluate supplier performance through regular reviews, site visits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
