About the Role

We’re looking for a Manager - Procurement to own end-to-end procurement activities across Marketing, HR, Administration, Operations, and Customer Service at Snabbit. In this role, you’ll lead strategic sourcing, drive cost optimization, and manage key vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery. Bring your strong commercial negotiation skills, analytical mindset, and experience in managing indirect procurement categories to collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and build a streamlined, efficient procurement engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for Marketing, HR, Admin, Operations, and Customer Service requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including vendor identification, RFQ/RFP, negotiations, commercial evaluation, and finalization.
• Drive cost optimization, competitive pricing, and value creation through effective negotiations and sourcing initiatives.
• Manage vendors, including onboarding, evaluation, performance monitoring, negotiations, and relationship management.
• Ensure timely procurement of services, consumables, office/admin requirements, marketing materials, events, manpower/services, and operational requirements.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, budgets, specifications, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, approval processes, contracts, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Manage contracts, renewals, SLAs, commercial terms, and vendor performance for key categories.
• Identify opportunities for vendor consolidation, standardization, process improvement, and spend rationalization.
• Monitor procurement MIS, savings, spend analysis, vendor performance, and key procurement KPIs.
• Resolve vendor and internal stakeholder issues related to pricing, quality, service levels, and delivery.
• Support management in strategic sourcing decisions, budgeting, annual procurement planning, and cost-saving initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• 6–10 years of relevant procurement/sourcing experience.
• Experience managing indirect procurement categories across multiple business functions.
• Graduate degree; MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, or related field preferred.

• Exposure to procurement automation, ERP/procurement platforms, or e-procurement tools.
• Experience in building procurement processes, SOPs, vendor frameworks, and MIS from the ground up.
• Exposure to budget planning, spend dashboards, and data-driven procurement analytics.
