Job Responsibilities

1. Based on business requirements, develop procurement plans for intercity transportation capacity and project-based resource procurement. Engage with B2C last-mile service providers (courier and postal services) and local trucking fleets to secure competitive resources. Coordinate with business teams to ensure effective and appropriate resource utilization. Procure temporary transportation capacity when required and ensure operational needs are successfully fulfilled.
2. Develop and procure high-quality local warehousing resources based on business needs. Continuously optimize the existing intercity transportation supplier pool, conduct regular price negotiations, manage contracts, and evaluate supplier performance. Systematically manage suppliers and continuously reduce transportation costs.
3. Introduce high-quality transportation resources to strengthen the intercity transportation resource pool. Conduct contract negotiations with newly onboarded suppliers and manage associated risks to secure competitive pricing and commercial terms.
4. Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of various B2C last-mile service providers and trucking service providers across different cities, and manage and evaluate the supplier pool.

Job Requirements

1. More than 5 years of relevant experience in international logistics and warehousing.
2. Experience in transportation capacity procurement team management is required. Candidates with established B2C last-mile service provider and trucking resources are preferred. Experience in e-commerce logistics and warehousing is an added advantage.
3. Strong experience in supplier procurement, management, and evaluation, with excellent commercial negotiation and coordination skills. Good understanding of the transportation market, capacity availability, and pricing structures.
4. Korean proficiency sufficient to be used as a working language.

1. 회사의 사업 수요에 따라 도시 간 운송 자원 구매 계획 및 프로젝트성 자원 구매 계획을 수립합니다. B2C 라스트마일 서비스 업체(택배 및 우편 서비스) 및 각 지역의 현지 운송사와 협력하여 경쟁력 있는 운송 자원을 확보하고, 사업팀과의 협업을 통해 자원이 합리적이고 효율적으로 활용될 수 있도록 관리합니다. 또한 사업 수요에 따라 긴급 운송 자원을 구매하고 실제 운영에 원활히 적용될 수 있도록 합니다.
2. 회사의 사업 수요에 따라 현지의 우수한 창고 자원을 발굴하고 구매합니다. 기존 도시 간 운송 공급업체 풀을 지속적으로 최적화하고, 정기적인 가격 협상, 계약 관리 및 공급업체 성과 평가를 수행합니다. 공급업체를 체계적으로 관리하고 운송 비용을 지속적으로 절감합니다.
3. 우수한 운송 자원을 신규 도입하여 도시 간 운송 자원 풀을 강화합니다. 신규 공급업체와 계약 및 조건을 협상하고 관련 리스크를 관리하여 경쟁력 있는 가격과 계약 조건을 확보합니다.
4. 각 도시의 B2C 라스트마일 서비스 업체 및 트럭 운송 서비스 업체의 장단점을 분석하고, 공급업체 풀을 관리하며 정기적인 평가를 실시합니다.

자격 요건

1. 국제 물류 및 창고 관련 경력 5년 이상.
2. 운송 자원 구매팀 관리 경험이 필요하며, B2C 라스트마일 서비스 업체 및 트럭 운송 관련 네트워크/자원을 보유한 지원자를 우대합니다. 이커머스 물류 및 창고 운영 경험이 있는 경우 더욱 우대합니다.
3. 공급업체 구매, 관리 및 평가에 대한 풍부한 경험을 보유하고 있으며, 뛰어난 비즈니스 협상 및 조율 능력이 필요합니다. 운송 시장의 자원 현황 및 가격 체계에 대한 명확한 이해가 필요합니다.
4. 업무상 원활한 커뮤니케이션이 가능한 수준의 한국어 능력이 필요합니다.
