Job Responsibilities:

• Procurement Planning
• Construction projects ke according material procurement planning prepare karna.
• Project requirements ke basis par timely purchase schedule maintain karna.
• Site-wise material requirements ko review karke purchase priorities decide karna.
• Material shortage aur project delay ko avoid karne ke liye advance planning karna.
• Construction Material Procurement
• Cement, steel, aggregates, sand, RMC-related materials, tiles, blocks, pipes, electrical items, plumbing materials, hardware, safety materials aur other construction materials ki procurement handle karna.
• Site aur project requirements ke according quality, quantity aur delivery schedule ensure karna.
• Purchase orders ko prepare, review aur track karna.
• Vendor Management
• New vendors/suppliers identify aur evaluate karna.
• Vendor database maintain karna.
• Vendor performance, quality, pricing aur delivery performance monitor karna.
• Reliable vendors ke saath long-term professional relationships develop karna.
• Rate Negotiation
• Material rates, payment terms, transportation charges aur delivery terms ke liye vendors ke saath negotiation karna.
• Market rates compare karke competitive rates obtain karna.
• Multiple vendor quotations collect aur comparative statement prepare karna.
• Cost saving opportunities identify karna without compromising quality.
• Site Coordination
• Site Engineers, Project Managers, Store Department aur Accounts Team ke saath coordination karna.
• Site ki material requirements ko understand karke timely procurement ensure karna.
• Urgent material requirements ko priority basis par coordinate karna.
• Material delivery aur site receiving status follow up karna.
• Purchase & Documentation
• Purchase Requisition / Material Indent ke basis par procurement process manage karna.
• Quotations, Comparative Statements, Purchase Orders aur other purchase documents maintain karna.
• Purchase orders ka status regularly update karna.
• Pending orders aur delayed deliveries ka follow-up karna.
• Quality & Quantity Control
• Procurement ke time required specifications aur quality standards ensure karna.
• Vendors se approved specifications ke according material procure karna.
• Incorrect, damaged ya sub-standard material ke cases mein vendor ke saath coordination karke resolution karna.
• Cost Control
• Project-wise procurement cost monitor karna.
• Approved budget ke according purchases control karna.
• Material rates mein market fluctuations ko track karna.
• Cost reduction aur bulk purchase opportunities identify karna.
• Inventory & Store Coordination
• Store Department ke saath coordination karke stock availability monitor karna.
• Slow-moving, excess aur critical materials ki information maintain karna.
• Re-order requirements ko timely identify karna.
• Material consumption aur upcoming requirements ke basis par procurement planning karna.
• Management Reporting
• Weekly / Monthly Procurement Report prepare karna.
• Pending Purchase Orders aur pending material deliveries ka report maintain karna.
• Vendor-wise purchase details aur outstanding procurement status report karna.
• Management ko material rates, major purchases, savings aur procurement issues ki regular updates dena.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
