Procurement Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Procurement Manager with a minimum of 10 years of procurement experience to oversee purchasing activities, supplier management, contract negotiations, and procurement strategies. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, equipment, and services while maintaining quality standards and supporting the company's operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manage the procurement process from requisition to purchase order and delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and procurement opportunities.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
• Review and negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms and conditions.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, finance, and operations teams to meet procurement requirements.
• Prepare procurement reports, budgets, and cost analysis for management review.
• Resolve supply chain issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the construction, contracting, or engineering industry.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
