As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, quotation evaluation, negotiation, purchasing, and vendor performance management.
• Develop procurement strategies to achieve cost efficiency, reliable supply, quality, and timely delivery.
• Oversee purchasing of raw materials, packaging, and operational supplies, working closely with Production, Operations, Warehouse, R&D, and Business Development teams.
• Monitor inventory and stock requirements to ensure sufficient supply while avoiding excess inventory and wastage.
• Manage and maintain the Approved Vendor List (AVL) and conduct regular supplier reviews.
• Analyse purchasing costs, supplier quotations, and market pricing to identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, renewals, and service performance, ensuring compliance with company requirements.
• Support ISO/FSSC, food safety, and audit requirements, ensuring procurement documentation and processes meet relevant standards.
• Maintain accurate purchase orders, contracts, supplier records, and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with Accounts on invoice matching, payment cycles, and cost tracking.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of relevant procurement, purchasing, and administrative experience, preferably within food manufacturing or FMCG.

• Familiarity with ISO/FSSC, food safety, and audit requirements is an advantage.
