Procurement Manager/Officer (International Process – Australia)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Procurement Manager/Officer to handle our international procurement operations for the Australian market. In this role, you will manage end-to-end purchasing, inventory control, and vendor communications. This is a fully remote position requiring high attention to detail, proficiency in data systems, and seamless coordination with international suppliers and freight forwarders.

Key Responsibilities

• Order & Inventory Management: Oversee the end-to-end purchasing workflow from initial requisition to final delivery. Conduct inventory tracking, stock tallying, and regular reporting to prevent stockouts or overages.
• Supplier & Logistics Coordination: Liaise with international suppliers and freight forwarders to manage order statuses, resolve delivery bottlenecks, and negotiate delivery timelines.
• CRM & Data Administration: Maintain accurate purchase records, order logs, and supplier details using HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Excel.
• Internal Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors regarding purchasing queries and delivery updates.
• Data Analysis: Perform procurement data analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities, track lead times, and evaluate supplier performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in purchasing, stock control, or procurement management within an international process (retail industry experience preferred).
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, and expertise in inventory/stock tallying.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills for effective stakeholder management across international time zones.
• Freight & Trade Knowledge: Prior experience dealing with international vendors and cross-border freight forwarding is highly desirable.
• Core Competencies: Strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, self-motivation, and superior multi-tasking capabilities under tight schedules.

Shift Timings:

• Monday to Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM IST
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM IST

Pay : Dependent upon relevant experience and Interview Evaluation

Mandatory Remote Infrastructure Requirements

To ensure uninterrupted workflow and support during operational hours, candidates must possess:

• Personal laptop/computer meeting modern performance standards.
• High-speed, stable Wi-Fi connection.
• Reliable power backup setup (UPS/Inverter) to avoid work disruptions during outage events.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
