Job Duties

• Establish procurement processes and sourcing reliable suppliers globally to meet the company’s needs.
• Negotiate contracts and managing vendor relationships to ensure favorable terms, while overseeing compliance with all contract stipulations.
• Coordinate purchasing activities to support company operations, including inventory management and the flow of goods within the supply chain.
• Maximize the use of NETSUITE systems to streamline procurement functions and enhance work process efficiency, ensuring smooth operations and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams in the US and Asia to develop cost-effective procurement strategies that align with business objectives and support growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and sustainability goals, including ethical sourcing and minimizing environmental impact.
• Track procurement expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and negotiations.
• Mitigate supply chain risks, identifying potential disruptions, and develop contingency plans to ensure continuity of supply and minimize costs.
• Utilizing data analytics to track supplier performance, purchasing trends, and operational efficiencies, providing insights to improve procurement strategies.
• Contribute to the company’s growth by optimizing procurement functions, ensuring the right materials are available to support product development, customer demand, and operational needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
