Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement and sourcing strategies.
• Manage suppliers, negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
• Drive cost-saving and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Source and develop new suppliers, including alternative sources.
• Monitor supplier performance in terms of Cost, Quality, Delivery, and Service.
• Work closely with R&D, QA, Production, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams.
• Manage procurement team performance and continuously improve procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• 7–10 years of experience in Procurement / Purchasing / Strategic Sourcing.
• Experience in Food Manufacturing, FMCG, Raw Materials, or Packaging is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, sourcing, cost analysis, and supplier management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in team management.
• Good command of English and MS Office; ERP experience is a plus.
