About the Job:

We are looking for a Procurement Manager to join our client's team and lead procurement operations, strategic sourcing, and supplier management activities. In this role, you will ensure the timely acquisition of quality goods and services at competitive value while managing supplier relationships and procurement processes. You will also lead the procurement team, support cost optimization, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to optimize cost and value.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality, delivery, and service standards.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process from requisition to payment.
• Analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier risks to support business decisions.
• Lead, develop, and motivate the procurement team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• At least 5+ years of solid experience in procurement, with 2 years in a managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of procurement, supplier management, negotiation, and contract management.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.

• Willing to be based in Meycauayan, Bulacan.

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
