Procurement Manager

Kays Responsibilities

1. Responsible for organizing procurement negotiations for non-production materials, and participating in negotiations for major contracs.
2. Responsible for formulating and maintaining procurement sttrategies for non-production materials.
3. Responsible for organizing and coordinating the designationof suppliers for non-production materials for new projects.
4. Responsible for leading the team in carrying out cost-savingactivities, formulating work plans, and ensuring detailed implementation.
5. Responsible for coordinating and handling urgent matters suuch as untimely supplier deliveries.
6. Responsible for coordinating the relationship between project procurement and simultaneous developments teams, ensuring that procurement work meets cost and times requirements.
7. Participate in supplier development and capability improvenment activities.
8. Coordinate relationships with government agencies such as customs.
9. Work capabilities must meet specific customer requirement.
10. Manage the sourcing budget and drive sustainable cost savings.
11. Improve sourcing processes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above; majors in science or engineering are preferred.
2. Work Experience: More than 5 years of procurement-related work and management experience, including more than 2 years in a management position.
3. Professional Knowledge: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
4. Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
