Job Title: Household Procurement Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Household Procurement Manager to manage daily household purchasing, vendor coordination, inventory, expense records, and household operations at a private residence in Daryaganj, Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the purchase of groceries, ration, vegetables, fruits, dairy products, cleaning supplies, and other household essentials.
• Identify reliable suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure product quality.
• Maintain inventory, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment.
• Maintain purchase records, bills, and household expense reports.
• Coordinate with household staff, including cooks, maids, drivers, security personnel, and gardeners.
• Coordinate household maintenance, guest arrangements, family functions, and travel-related requirements.
• Ensure efficient use of resources and control unnecessary expenses.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in procurement, grocery purchasing, FMCG, supermarket operations, or household purchasing.
• Good knowledge of grocery products, inventory management, and vendor negotiation.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining purchase records and expenses.
• Good communication and coordination skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.
• Previous experience managing household staff or private residence operations will be an advantage.
• Must be trustworthy, organised, responsible, and comfortable working in a private residential environment.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position based in Daryaganj, New Delhi.
• Working hours and weekly off will be discussed during the interview.
• Accommodation can be provided, if required.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in grocery procurement, FMCG purchasing, supermarket operations, or household procurement are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
