Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities for operational needs and development projects.
• Manage project procurement, including sourcing, budgeting, tendering, vendor selection, and contract negotiation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors across Bali.
• Ensure cost efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery of goods and services.
• Evaluate vendor performance, market pricing, and procurement risks.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Project teams to support business requirements.
• Manage and develop the procurement team while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of procurement experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of the Bali market , including local suppliers, contractors, pricing, and sourcing networks.
• Proven experience handling project procurement , including construction, renovation, fit-out, or facility development projects.
• Experience in hospitality, resorts, leisure attractions, or property development is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, budgeting, and cost-control skills.
• Proficient in procurement systems, Microsoft Excel, and purchasing documentation.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to be based in Bali.
