Procurement Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead our purchasing operations and supplier management, securing the right products at the best quality, cost and timing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop procurement strategy, policies and procedures.
• Source, evaluate and select local and international suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, payment and delivery terms, and finalize contracts.
• Manage purchase orders and track shipments through to delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams on inventory planning to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Manage the procurement budget and drive cost savings.
• Oversee customs and import processes with freight and clearing partners.
• Report regularly to senior management on supplier and procurement performance.
• Lead and develop the procurement team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, including at least 2 in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience with importing and international suppliers.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Odoo.
• CIPS or an equivalent certification is a plus.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Currently residing in the UAE.
