Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain procurement governance frameworks — policies, delegated authority matrix, contract management standards, and control mechanisms — and ensure adherence across all operations and markets.
• Lead procurement digitalization initiatives, including system process optimization, AI-enabled monitoring, spend analytics etc. to enhance efficiency, visibility, and control.
• Proactively identify and mitigate procurement-related risks in compliance and sustainability; coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Internal Audit on policy updates, incident reviews, and process improvements.
• Embed sustainability criteria into supplier selection, onboarding, evaluation, and performance monitoring, assessing suppliers based on their ESG credentials and compliance track record.
• Support supplier assessments and audits to ensure alignment with sustainability and compliance expectations.
• Integrate sustainability principles into procurement strategy; collaborate with the Group Sustainability team and stakeholders to support sustainability targets.
• Own procurement ESG data collection and governance reporting.
• Provide training to internal stakeholders and the procurement team on procurement compliance and ESG requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Sustainability, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience.
• Understanding of procurement compliance, governance, and digital procurement tools.
• Knowledge of sustainable procurement practices and ESG frameworks.
• Fluent in spoken English. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills; experienced in managing cross-functional projects and driving process improvements.
• Self-driven, structured, and detail-oriented, with strong analytical ability.
