Procurement Manager

The Plant Procurement Manager is responsible for leading and managing procurement activities to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and uninterrupted supply of raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, production supplies, spare parts, equipment, and plant-related services required for manufacturing operations.

The role oversees supplier sourcing and accreditation, contract negotiations, purchasing strategies, supplier performance management, and procurement process improvement to support production requirements, product quality, food safety, and business objectives.

The Plant Procurement Manager works closely with Production, Planning, Quality Assurance, Research and Development (R&D), Warehouse, Engineering, Finance, and other relevant departments to ensure procurement activities are aligned with production schedules, inventory requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
