Job Duties

• Lead and manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, tendering, supplier selection, and contract award.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and service performance.
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and agreements to achieve cost-effective procurement outcomes.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure the timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
• Monitor supplier performance, procurement schedules, and delivery commitments to support project requirements.
• Support cost control initiatives through market analysis, value engineering, and procurement optimization strategies.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare procurement reports, maintain procurement records, and support project budget and forecasting activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction , engineering, infrastructure, or data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, contract management, supplier negotiations, and procurement best practices.
• Experience managing tendering processes, supplier evaluations, and subcontractor procurement.
• Strong commercial awareness, analytical, and cost management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/procurement management systems.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Thai .
