Procurement Manager (Construction)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead procurement activities for construction projects from sourcing to contract award.
• Manage tendering, supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and procurement planning.
• Monitor project procurement status, material delivery, and cost optimization.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Lead and develop procurement teams while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
• Drive procurement process improvements, KPI monitoring, and digital system implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of procurement experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience in construction, EPC, contractor, or project-based environments.
• Strong background in tender management, contract administration, supplier management, and commercial negotiation.
• Knowledge of BOQ, construction materials, subcontract procurement, and project procurement planning.
• Proficient in ERP/Procurement systems and Advanced Excel.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
