Procurement Manager (Data Center/IT Infrastructure)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager with deep expertise in IT infrastructure and technology procurement. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end procurement lifecycle—from strategic sourcing and vendor management to logistics and supply chain optimization. This role requires a strategic leader who can navigate complex technical requirements and manage high-value assets across multiple regions to ensure operational excellence and cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-quality suppliers for IT infrastructure, hardware, and critical technology components.
• End-to-End Procurement: Manage the full procurement process, including the development of RFQs/RFPs, contract negotiations, and purchase order management.
• Supply Chain & Logistics: Oversee the entire supply chain flow, optimizing international logistics to ensure timely delivery and minimize risk across global borders.
• Vendor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with global vendors and OEMs to ensure pricing competitiveness and service reliability.
• Global Coordination: Coordinate and synchronize procurement strategies across different countries and regions to ensure standardization and scalability.
• Cost & Performance Optimization: Analyze spending patterns, implement cost-saving initiatives, and monitor vendor KPIs to ensure maximum value for investment.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Domain Expertise: Proven track record and strong familiarity with IT infrastructure (e.g., servers, networking gear, storage systems, and related hardware).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in international logistics, Incoterms, and global supply chain regulations.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-value projects; experience overseeing procurement operations across multiple countries is highly preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
