Procurement Manager (F & B)

• Prepared and processed daily purchase orders of food ingredients and non-food items.
• Monitored stock levels to identify purchasing needs.
• The procurement and maintenance of machinery, equipment and hardware parts for a food production.
• Responsible for end-to-end procurement of trading items from overseas manufacturers.
• Researched and evaluated potential suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Optimized end-to-end costing processes for finished products and trading items, utilizing data-driven insights to maintain healthy profit margins.
• Manage the relationship with the 3PL provider, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
• The root administrator of Flex system and Airpurchase.
• Communicate and executing shipments to a distributor in Macau.
• Conducted periodic stock audits and reconciled physical inventory with internal database records.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent in supply chain management, purchasing, business or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience with 3 years at managerial level in F&B organizations, Chinese cuisine preferred
• Proactive, highly motivated and driven with strong initiative
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player
• Good command spoken English is a MUST
