Procurement Manager (FMCG)

Job Duties:

• Provide procurement and contract administration services and maintenance contracts
• Organize and facilitate end-to-end procurement processes from tendering process
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the most desirable business and contract terms
• Ensure compliance with established procurement policies; develop and enhance policies according to business needs
• Source new products and support R&D / Marketing on new product development
• Provide analytical support on procurement data
• Identify and implement cost saving initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree holder in purchasing/procurement/supply management/business management or related disciplines
• At least 5 years solid experience in Procurement (FMCG background is preferred)
• Solid experience in ERP system (Oracle will be an advantage)
• An analytical mind with problem-solving ability
• Good team player, proactive with good passion and commitment
• Energetic, well-organized, presentable, detail-minded and able to work independently
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
