Procurement Manager - Indirects & Tech

I am partnering with a growing Fintech organisation seeking a Procurement Manager to join its Procurement and Third-Party Management function.

This is an excellent opportunity for a procurement professional with experience operating in a regulated environment to lead sourcing activity, supplier onboarding and third-party risk management across a broad range of spend categories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects across functions including Technology, Marketing, Operations and HR.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that deliver commercial value, cost savings and risk mitigation.
• Manage supplier evaluations, commercial negotiations and contract renewals.
• Support supplier onboarding and due diligence processes, ensuring appropriate governance and compliance requirements are met.
• Coordinate third-party risk management activities, working closely with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Support supplier performance management and provide guidance on third-party governance requirements.
• Maintain procurement and contract data, producing management information and reporting to support decision-making.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement policies, processes and governance frameworks.

About You

• Strong end-to-end procurement and strategic sourcing experience.
• Demonstrable experience leading commercial evaluations, negotiations and contract management activities.
• Experience working within third-party risk management, supplier governance or vendor management frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
• Comfortable balancing commercial objectives with operational, regulatory and risk considerations.
• Highly organised, analytical and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience using e-Sourcing tools and procurement systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience within Fintech, financial services or another highly regulated sector.
• Knowledge of outsourcing, operational resilience and third-party risk management requirements.
• Exposure to ESG and sustainability initiatives within procurement.
• MCIPS qualified or working towards qualification.
