Procurement Manager – Infrastructure & Engineering (I&E)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for engineering, construction, MEP, and infrastructure categories.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, tendering (RFI/RFQ/RFP), commercial evaluation, negotiation, and contract award.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and engineering partners to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and project success.
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, pricing, delivery schedules, and supplier performance agreements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to support project planning and execution.
• Monitor procurement budgets, project schedules, supplier performance, and procurement KPIs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, manage procurement risks, and ensure compliance with company policies and governance standards.
• Lead and develop the procurement team while driving continuous improvement and digital procurement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• At least 7–10 years of procurement experience, with 3–5 years in construction, infrastructure, engineering, or MEP procurement.
• Proven experience managing procurement for capital projects, commercial buildings, hotels, retail, or mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, tendering (RFI/RFQ/RFP), contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• Experience managing both CapEx and Operational (MRO/Opex) procurement is preferred.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings, BOQs, and construction procurement processes.
• Experience using ERP or e-Procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa) is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Business-level English communication skills, with fluency in Thai.
