Procurement Non-Trade Supervisor

• Procure non-trade items (equipment, packaging, cleaning supplies, services, etc.)
• Source and evaluate vendors, negotiate price and terms
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO)
• Monitor delivery timelines and ensure quality compliance
• Maintain proper documentation (quotation, invoice, delivery note)
• Coordinate with internal teams and finance

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• Proven experience in procurement, preferably handling non-trade items (equipment, packaging, cleaning supplies, services, etc.)
• Strong vendor sourcing and negotiation skills
• Ability to create and manage Purchase Orders (PO) accurately
• Good understanding of delivery tracking and quality control processes
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills (quotations, invoices, delivery notes)
• Good coordination and communication skills with internal teams and finance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
