- Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations (KPIs on quality, on-time delivery, compliance, and cost).
- Build and maintain strong, long-term vendor relationships to secure competitive pricing and preferred terms.
Negotiation & Contract Management
- Lead commercial negotiations, RFPs, RFQs, and bidding processes to achieve cost-optimization targets without compromising quality or safety.
- Draft, review, and finalize purchase contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) in alignment with corporate compliance policies.
Operational Execution & Inventory Synchronization

- Partner with Quality Assurance (QA) to address non-conforming goods, material returns, and credit memos.
Strategic Cost Management & Market Analysis
- Monitor commodity price trends, market supply fluctuations, and regulatory changes affecting raw/packaging materials.
- Implement spend analysis to identify cost-saving initiatives, alternate sourcing strategies, and value-engineering opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of procurement or supply chain experience within the FMCG, Food Manufacturing, or Consumer Goods industry.

- Proven track record in supplier negotiation, contract drafting, and spend analytics.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Excel.
- Deep understanding of food safety/quality standards (HACCP, ISO, FDA compliance) as applied to supplier evaluation.
Competencies: High ethical integrity, strong analytical thinking, excellent negotiation skills, and clear cross-functional communication
