Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited is principally engaged in the development and management of property and infrastructure projects, as well as investment in premium-grade buildings in Asia.  The Group is actively exploring investment and development opportunities with growth potential in Hong Kong and the Asia Pacific region. As a member of the Projects Department, the candidate will be responsible for assisting in sourcing materials, products and new technologies to fulfill the requirements of our different property development projects. S/he will assist in supplier negotiation, monitoring of supplier performance, product quality, delivery and budget control.  S/he should also be responsible for industry trend analysis, conduct supply chain study and analysis on key trades for quality, competitiveness and environmental-friendly products and partnerships.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Quantity Surveying or related disciplines;
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in project procurement.  Good product knowledge with prior experience in trading and costing of building materials preferred;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Able to work independently and as a team member;
• Detail-oriented and with a drive for learning
