Procurement Officer

We are looking for a trustworthy and reliable Purchasing Officer with at least 3 years of relevant experience to manage procurement activities and ensure timely, cost-effective purchasing of goods and services. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of maintaining strong vendor relationships while upholding company policies and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors
• Prepare and process purchase orders in a timely manner
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments
• Compare prices, specifications, and delivery schedules
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
• Track deliveries and resolve supply issues or discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
• Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• High level of integrity, reliability, and accountability
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
