What they need
The Procurement Officer is responsible for ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and compliant sourcing and purchasing of raw materials, packaging materials, supplies, equipment, services, and other approved requirements necessary for RMR's operations.
The position manages the procurement process from receipt and validation of approved purchase requirements through supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, negotiation, purchase order preparation, order monitoring, delivery coordination, and procurement documentation.
The Procurement Officer shall ensure that purchases are made from qualified or approved suppliers, at competitive and commercially reasonable terms, while meeting required specifications, delivery schedules, quality requirements, and Company procurement policies.
The position shall work closely with:
- Supply Chain and Logistics, Warehouse
- R&D, QC Laboratory
- Quality Assurance
- Production
- Finance and Accounting
- and Other Concerned Departments
