What they need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or any related field.
- At least five (5) years of related work experience in procurement, preferably handling the end-to-end procurement process.
- Must have relevant procurement experience in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
- Experience in purchasing construction materials, equipment, and project-related services.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.
