Procurement Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Organize, update, and evaluate purchasing records, reports, and price lists.
• Compute order costs and process invoices by charging or forwarding them to the proper accounts.
• Assess inventory levels to ensure adequacy and initiate material orders as needed.
• Evaluate supplier quotations by comparing prices, specifications, and delivery schedules to select the most favorable offer.
• Inspect incoming shipments to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with specifications.
• Track internal inventory movement and prepare inventory transfer documents for accounting purposes
• Address supplier inquiries regarding order status, modifications, or cancellations.
• Identify and source potential suppliers through catalogs, online resources, and interviews to obtain product information.
• Perform other related purchasing tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/College Degree or Vocational Degree holder, preferably in Engineering or Automotive-related courses.
• At least two (2) years of relevant work experience in a related role.
• Working knowledge of heavy equipment parts and accessories.
• Preference given to candidates residing in Quezon City or Caloocan City.
