Key Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on purchase orders to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Assist in strategic sourcing, price negotiation, quality assurance, and coordinating delivery arrangements.
• Maintain, organize, and update all procurement-related documents and records.
• Execute additional ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Relevant experience in the F&B or Hospitality industry.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive under tight deadlines.

• A highly responsible, reliable professional with strong multi-tasking capabilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective vendor relationships.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Chinese Word Processing); experience with ordering systems is highly regarded.

能夠獨立工作，並在緊迫的期限內有效完成任務。

高度負責、值得信賴，並具備出色的多工處理能力。

具備優秀的人際溝通和溝通能力，能夠建立有效的供應商關係。

熟練微軟辦公室軟體（Excel、Word 和中文文字處理）；有訂單系統使用經驗者優先考慮。
