- ทำชำระ , บันทึก,สรุปรายงาน, ทำจ่ายเงินสด, แนบเอกสารชุดวางบิล
- ติดตามประสานงาน Artwort
- ติดตามประสานงาน FRD และดูแล Timeline การส่งเอกสาร
- ติดตามประสานงาน เอกสารนำเข้า , ใบอนุญาติ , ตัวอย่าง
- นัดจอง Inspect
- ประสานงานเคลม
- ทำสรุปการทำงาน + รายงานประจำWeek/Month
ทักษะ คุณสมบัติ และประสบการณ์:
- ปริญญาตรีหรือเทียบเท่า สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น การจัดการโลจิสติกส์ การจัดการซัพพลายเชน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ยินดีพิจารณา นักศึกษาจบใหม่
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎระเบียบและขั้นตอนการจัดซื้อจัดหา การนำเข้าและส่งออกสินค้า
- มีความสามารถ พูด และ เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและตรงต่อเวลาได้
