Procurement Officer

About the role

A procurement role focused on sourcing and managing raw materials to support production operations.

Key responsibilities

• Source and select raw material suppliers based on company specifications
• Negotiate purchasing terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers
• Prepare and track purchase orders to ensure accuracy and timely processing
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to manage raw material inventory
• Verify the quality and quantity of received raw materials against specified standards
• Generate regular procurement reports and supplier performance evaluations

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in raw material procurement
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English at a good level
• Strong negotiation and effective communication skills
• Ability to use basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
• Meticulous and capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus
