Job summary

The Procurement Officer will manage procurement activities, ensuring the timely, cost-effective sourcing of vendors, quality products, equipment, supplies, and services. The role will oversee sourcing, supplier negotiations, order placement, delivery tracking, and accurate procurement records.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Review purchase requests and source reliable suppliers.
• Obtain and compare quotations; negotiate prices, terms, and delivery timelines.
• Place orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Maintain an approved supplier database and monitor supplier performance.
• Coordinate stock levels and replenishment with Operations and Energy Bar teams.
• Ensure purchases meet approved budgets, specifications, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, including quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Prepare procurement and expenditure reports.
• Follow approval procedures, financial controls, and ethical procurement standards.
• Resolve supplier and delivery issues promptly.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years’ procurement or purchasing experience.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, organisational, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of procurement and inventory management.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
