Procurement Officer

• Responsible for the process of selecting potential vendors (internal / external) through performance evaluation and periodic vendor surveys.
• Manage import and export purchasing processes including preparation and verification of trade documents.
• Validate purchase requests, conduct price comparison analysis, and manage procurement approvals via Purchase Order issuance in the system.
• Conducting intensive follow-ups to ensure timely delivery and completeness of billing documentation.
• Maintain and archive contracts and purchasing documents, managing petty cash, and preparing monthly operational reports.
• Completing additional administrative tasks and maintaining good relationships with vendors through payment confirmation.
• Carry out additional administrative tasks as directed by the Line Manager or Head of Department.
• Input and process Purchase Orders using the Sage 300 ERP system.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Hands-on experience with tender management and bidding processes is a plus.
• Background in the contracting, energy, or logistics industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experienced with ERP systems, particularly Sage 300.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative work attitude.
