Procurement Officer

Responsibilities:

• Review and research potential vendors based on price, quality, selection, service, support, and reliability
• Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and contract specifications to achieve cost savings an favorable conditions
• Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders (POs) in accordance with company policies and budget constraints
• Update and maintain accurate purchasing records, including invoices, contracts, and pricing histories
• Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues regarding damaged or incorrect goods
• Coordinate with Engineers to assess stock levels and anticipate future purchasing needs and maintain the inventory records

Requirements:

• Associate Degree, Higher Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a r related discipline
• A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience
• Experience of engineering projects is an advantage
• Familiar with MS Office (MS Word & Excel) and SAP
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
