Procurement Officer

About the role

This role involves managing procurement and tender processes within a construction or engineering environment, coordinating end-to-end tender activities, liaising with internal teams and external vendors, and maintaining accurate system records and documentation.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and submitting tender documents, EOIs, and pre-qualification documents
• Manage the end-to-end tender process and handle official correspondence
• Work with internal teams and external vendors to gather required details
• Maintain accurate system records and manage databases
• Handle document deliveries and outside assignments as required
• Use digital tools to enhance workflow efficiency and support ad-hoc department tasks

About you:

• Higher Diploma or above
• Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in construction or engineering
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• ERP knowledge and familiarity with AI tools are advantageous
