We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Officer to manage purchasing activities and ensure the timely supply of food ingredients, kitchen materials, and operational items required for smooth restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will support cost control while maintaining quality standards and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase food ingredients, kitchen supplies, packaging materials, and operational items.
• Identify reliable vendors and negotiate pricing to achieve cost efficiency.
• Ensure timely procurement to prevent stock shortages or operational delays.
• Compare supplier quotations and recommend cost-effective purchasing options.
• Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation.
• Monitor market prices and recommend purchasing improvements.
• Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to understand stock needs.
• Ensure purchased items meet company quality standards.
• Track inventory levels and initiate purchase orders when stock runs low.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and management on ingredient planning.
• Monitor delivery timelines from suppliers.
• Ensure proper receiving and verification of supplied goods.
• Support cost control and waste reduction initiatives
• Maintain supplier database and procurement reports.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of OND.

1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
