Procurement Officer

Position: PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 1 to 3 years' experience in the same field
• Knowledge of canvassing, purchasing process, Negotiation.
• Ability to prepare reports.
• Basic computer skills (Excel/Word/PPT)
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry and math verification. Spotting a missing signature or a mismatched price code should be second nature to you.
• Wiling to work in a shared service team.
• Team player

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. REQUESTOR MANAGEMENT

• Evaluate approved MSRO and PR from requestors to confirm details and specifications.
• Coordinate with requestors to ensure request specifications are accurate and within budget.

2. RECORD MANAGEMENT

• Maintain and update the list of purchasing transactions, including the encoding of PR and MSRO for monitoring.
• Ensure adequate record-keeping and filing of all purchasing-related documents (Purchase Request, Canvass Sheet, Purchase Order, Delivery and billing documents, and Request for check preparation).

3. PURCHASING

• Source and identify potential suppliers.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding the costing and availability of requested items.

4. REPORT PREPARATION

• Facilitate the submission of weekly, monthly, and yearly Purchasing Tracking Monitoring for shared services.
• Provide monthly status reports on purchase requests and pending items.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

• Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
