PROCUREMENT OFFICER

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing.
• Experience in sourcing, canvassing, supplier coordination, and price negotiation.
• Knowledgeable in purchase requisitions, quotation comparison, purchase orders, and delivery monitoring.
• Experience handling materials, equipment, tools, spare parts, and services is an advantage.
• Knowledge of inventory and supplier management.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple procurement requests and deadlines.
• Willing to travel to branches, warehouses, project sites, and suppliers when needed.
